For a long time, our users have asked us to add the ability to incorporate individual staff members into the platform – especially larger firms that have multiple departments that require access.
That is why we have enhanced our existing client lists and dashboards with the addition of our staff feature.
This allows you to:
- Set up employee profiles within a Xama account
- Designate employees as partners or managers for specific clients
- Use filters on dashboards and client lists to view by partner or manager
- Add partner and manager information to client and contact data exports
If these features weren’t enough, we will soon allow users to view and track Academy training records and keep a record of due diligence across your employees.
