Improvement to Pixie and QBPM integrations

We have released an update to our QBPM and Pixie integrations with Xama. The purpose of this update was to reduce the chances of the integration creating duplicate client records.

Now, when a new client or contact record is imported from QBPM / Pixie to Xama, a matching algorithm will try to establish whether an existing client / contact already exists within Xama. This matching will happen upon the initial import from QBPM / Pixie to Xama, as well as when new records are created in QBPM / Pixie.

What to check before you activate the integration

You should ensure that

  • Each of the below is the same in both systems, QBPM / Pixie and Xama. Any differences in the below mentioned data will lead to duplications.
    • Client name
    • Contacts first name, last name and email
  • You should also ensure that you have archived relevant clients & contacts in QBPM / Pixie & offboarded them within Xama to avoid unnecessary records from being created.
