It is possible to add companies registered with Companies House in bulk to Xama’s Company Monitoring solution. Typically you can use this function after you have imported your clients into Xama or if you already have your clients in Xama from before but want to start utilising Company Monitoring.
In order to add companies in bulk to monitoring, navigate to Settings and then to the Companies House monitoring page.
Bulk add companies
When you choose to bulk add companies, the following clients will be added to Company Monitoring:
- Clients of type Company
- Who have a valid registration number which is 8 digits in length. You should include the leading zeroes on company registration numbers and
- Status is Active. Offboarded companies will not be added.
If you have more eligible companies which meet this criteria than is available within your allocated monitoring quota, then companies will be added until the quota is met. Companies will be added in alphabetical order. If you would like to increase your monitoring quota you can either upgrade your account or reach out to us at xamaonboarding@xamatech.atlassian.net.
Once you have triggered the bulk addition of companies it can take a little while to complete. Please allow 1 or 2 minutes for the process to fully complete.
