When you connect Xama to Microsoft Outlook, you may find it automatically selects which Microsoft Outlook email account to connect. This behaviour is outside of our control, but here are some tips on how to establish a connection to a different Outlook account.
Completely log out of the unwanted account
Microsoft will only connect to an account if it finds that you are already logged into that account. This might be within another tab in your browser, such as your Outlook screen.
If you completely log out of your Microsoft account, when you attempt the connection from Xama, it will not be able to automatically establish a connection and the authentication screen will ask you to specify which email account you would like to connect. You can now specify the new account you want to connect and complete the authentication process.
Use an incognito or private browser
If you are not sure how, or do not want to log out of your existing Microsoft account, you can also use an incognito or private browser to achieve the same result as above.
By using these types of browser windows, the connection cannot be automatically established and you are asked to select an account to authenticate.
